Hello! I’m K!
I’m a child of God and am married to a wonderful man who just happens to be a soldier! We have been married for 2 1/2 glorious years!
I grew up in the same house my entire life. The very first time I moved was when we exchanged wedding vows and, since then, have moved a second time! I don’t mind the whole moving thing. It’s actually kind of fun and the excitement of a new home is totally cool. (Maybe, I’ll change my mind in a few years after we’ve moved a few times???)
We don’t have any children at the moment and are enjoying every second of being married but look forward to the day God does bless us with children. We have a puppy named Noel! We love her to death, and she is very spoiled!
I’m a housewife and love it; I have an amazing boss!!!
I have fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and chronic fatigue syndrome but don’t let that stand in the way of who God created me to be and doing amazing things (even if it is through a computer screen). I’ve always loved to write even though I don’t think I’m really good at it.
Hmmm…some randomness about me???
I’m a total girly girl and love it that way! I have a passion for culinary arts (AKA cooking/baking…but I just HAD to be fancy!) and a strong heart for military families. Along with my love for the kitchen, I make my own self-care and home-care products and will MAYBE even share my recipes with you.
I’m a huge fan of exclamation points, smiley faces, and hearts. I love chocolate–especially Reese’s cups even though they are so unhealthy. I love Coke but try my best to stay far away from it. Ice cream is super yummy…well, ALL food is super yummy! You will come to find out very quickly that I LOOOVE food and tend to talk about it a lot. Ha!
My favorite season is winter. I love snow and find something magical in it! Spending time on Facebook with the people I hold very close to my heart is how I spend a lot of my time. I have a netbook named Nebula, but we just call her Nebby for short. I am always naming things because I think it makes life more fun and interesting. I have lots of quirky habits that I’m sure my handsome Prince will be happy to elaborate on.
I’m a total bookworm. We watch a TON of movies in our home, and my handsome Prince can quote most movies. He’s hilarious!
I’ve been wanting to make the jump and become a vegan for a few months now but can’t seem to commit mostly because it seems like such a radical lifestyle change (Come on–I would have to give up Reese’s cups and eat beans.).
I don’t really wear fancy clothes. You will most likely find me wearing jeans/sweatpants and a t-shirt.
I just like to take life slow and enjoy each moment God has given me. I’m not into the whole busyness of life even though I sometimes get swept away. Thankfully, I have God, my handsome Prince, and my health issues to knock me back to reality!
OK–I think I’m done for now since I’ve written you a book!
